What We Do

Young Social Justice
R4E works with partners to ensure young people in the juvenile system are fairly represented and supported early. We engage those at high risk before and after release, believing every young person deserves a chance to change outside confinement. Our Diversion and Aftercare programs keep them from re-entering the justice system and help them focus on goals that build a better future.

Behavioural Health
R4E provides mental health support for young people to reduce repeat offending and meet government requirements. Many in the juvenile system face issues from abuse and trauma, yet these needs are often ignored in favour of punishment. We place care first, helping young people heal, recover, and take positive steps forward.

Mentoring
To support positive behaviour and reintegration, R4E offers mentoring at release. Professionals from different fields guide young people, giving them role models and clear direction for career and life choices. This support helps them stay focused and confident as they start fresh.

Training
R4E provides training to prevent gang involvement, violence, and unsafe behaviour. Our sessions build better relationships, strengthen family ties, and reduce conflict. As part of Aftercare, these skills prepare young people for release and guide them toward safer, more positive paths.

Advocacy
Through advocacy, R4E informs the public, government, and stakeholders about the issues facing young people. We believe social justice is a right and actively campaign to prevent crime and promote safety. Our programs encourage young people to avoid violence and choose constructive alternatives.

Youth Counselling
R4E supports young people through mentoring, counselling, and talks that inspire better decisions. These services help them build resilience, avoid harmful choices, and focus on a brighter future. Our aim is to guide every young person toward the opportunities they deserve.
