Youth Counselling

Counselling activities help young people identify who they are, their abilities, their potentials and how they can maximize their strength. As young people, we all need someone to talk to at some point in our lives. Counselling helps us identify the people who will listen to us and serve as a listening board. Young people could make use of this opportunity to make great decisions that will make them a better person.

Mental health is defined by WHO as a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to contribute to his or her community. 

So for us in raised for excellence as stated in our goal, our vision is to help young people identify their potentials, have a great mindset, can cope with life issues and be productive for community development
